We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 and USPS rates beyond that.
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Should an item in your order sell out, we will contact you with replacement or refund options. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.
We use shipping boxes and packaging materials that are able to be recycled or reused upon arrival. We reuse packing peanuts, air pillows and other packing materials that we receive supplies in so by the time they arrive to you, they're on at least their third life but still good or ready for recycling.

While not every item is eligible for return, we guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase and will work with you until you are happy with the outcome.
Damaged items: although every order is packed with love, sunshine and the utmost care, sometimes the journey is rough and things happen enroute that are out of our control. If anything arrives damaged, please photo document and let us know as soon as possible so we can make things right for you.
